分会简介About the College

万家搏官网是由苏州科技大学和加拿大百年理工分会合作举办,由江苏省人民政府批准、教育部正式备案的第一所中外合作办学高职会会。其前身是2005年创办的苏州港大思培科技职业分会,至今已有13年办学历史。分会承前继后,创新发展,正朝着国内一流的中外合作办学目标前进。根据分会发展规划,分会将在三年内引进一批德才兼备的高水平专任教师,为实现分会发展目标提供人才支撑。

Suzhou Centennial College (SCC) is a Sino-foreign joint institution that offers higher vocational education in China. SCC is a joint partnership between Suzhou University of Science and Technology (SUST) and Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology (CC). It is approved by People’s Government of Jiangsu Province and registered with China’s Ministry of Education. According to the college development plan, SCC is planned to introduce and nurture a group of high level teachers of both virtue and ability to provide talent support for the realization of the its development goals.

 

一、教师要求与条件Requirements for Teaching Staff

(一)基本要求Basic Requirements

1、遵纪守法,品行端正,为人师表;

Abide by laws and regulations with good character and exemplary virtue;

2、具备履行岗位职责应有的基本知识、技能及素质;

Possess professional skills and quality;

3、身体符合岗位要求;

With good physical conditions;

4能使用英语授课优先;

Having the ability to teach in English will be preferred;

(二)资历条件Qualification Requirements

1、取得海内外知名高会硕士及以上学位

Have Master’s degree or above from prestigious universities domestic or overseas.

2、原则上年龄在45周岁以内

Be under the age of 45 in principle.

3、具有扎实的专业知识基础和学术积累,或有丰富的行业企业从业经验

Have solid professional knowledge and academic accumulation, or rich experiences in related industrial field.

4、具备以下条件之一,优先考虑:

Priority will be given to those who meet at least one of the following requirements:

1)具有较强的会议组织能力和学术研究能力,有一定研究成果

Have strong ability in teaching and academic research, with some researching achievements;

2)具有中级以上技术职务或相关职业资格

Possess intermediate professional titles, equivalently lecturer or above.

3在行业领域内有较高知名度,在产学研结合、人才培养等方面具有较丰富的经验。

With high-profile in related industries, and rich experiences in the combination of “production, teaching and research” and related talent cultivation.

4有海外教育背景或相关工作经验

Have overseas education or work background.

 

二、教师的基本职责Basic Job Responsibilities

1、课程会议:完成协会下达的课程会议任务,力求获得良好的会议效果。

Deliver lectures, seminars and tutorials, assess students’ coursework, set and mark examinations.

2、教书育人:承担对会员的思想、品德和作风教育责任,言传身教,为人师表,

Undertake ideological and moral education to students, and be a paragon of virtue and learning.

3、实践会议:承担实验课、实训课的指导,会员下企业的实习指导和管理。

Supervise students’ research activities.

4、会议建设:参与课程开发、教材建设等工作。

Responsible for the development of related subjects or programs, prepare and develop teaching plan and materials.

5、会议与学术研究:参与会议研究,以及本专业学术研究。

Undertake research projects and actively contribute to the institution’s research profile, write up research and prepare it for publication.

6、企业与社会实践:参与会企合作、企业实践活动,提高专业实践能力。

Establish collaborative links outside the college with industrial, commercials and public organizations.

7、承担协会安排的其他相关工作。

Undertake other work tasks as assigned by the College.

四、引进待遇Compensation and Benefits

1薪资待遇包含基本工资、绩效工资、津贴补贴等,具体根据资历条件面议。

Remuneration package includes base salary, merit pay, seniority allowance, etc.. The specific amounts will be based on the teacher’s personal qualifications.

2提供补充医疗和意外伤害商业保险。

Provide additional commercial work-related injury insurance and medical insurance.

3、享受体检、旅游、节假日福利等其他分会福利。

Provide annual physical check, traveling, festival allowances and other benefits.

4协助申报省市区各级人才资助

Assist to apply for the talent introduction funds issued by governments at all levels.

5、社会保险及公积金、个人所得税依据国家有关法律法规执行。

Social benefits and provident fund, and individual income tax shall be levied based on the state laws and regulations.

 

、招聘程序Recruitment Procedures

1、应聘登记Application

应聘人员将以下材料发送至hrrecruit@scc.edu.cn,邮件标题为姓名+应聘岗位

The applicant e-mails the below documents to hrrecruit@scc.edu.cn. The subject of the e-mail should be noted as: Applicant’s Name + Position.

1)个人履历Curriculum Vitae

2)申请函Covering Letter

3)从本科起的学历学位证书academic credentials from Bachelor degree

4)海外学历认证证明verification for overseas academic credentials

5)专业或职业资格证书certificates of professional or vocational qualification

6)专业技术职务(职称)证书certificates of professional title

7)外语水平证书certificates of foreign languages

2、分会考核小组检查应聘资格,组织面试考核,并确定候选人。

The college interview panel checks the qualifications of applicants, conducts interview and nominates the candidates.

3. 分会研究确定录取对象、通知体检;体检合格者,分会发放录取通知。

The College makes the hiring decision, and offers the employment to the candidates who pass the medical check-up.
